Welcome to DBOOKHAUS.COM. By accessing the DBOOKHAUS.COM Site or if you purchase any product on any DBOOKHAUS.COM site, including but not limited to creating an account, downloading digital content (including applications developed by DBOOKHAUS.COM or third parties) from the DBOOKHAUS.COM Site, joining any DBOOKHAUS.COM online interactive community, posting a review or creating a profile, or otherwise joining, viewing, visiting or contributing to DBOOKHAUS.COM user forums or chat or other interactive features (if any) (hereinafter collectively called "DBOOKHAUS.COM Services"), you, as a user of the DBOOKHAUS.COM Site ("you" or "User"), are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by and abide to the Terms of Service listed below.

If you purchase any product on the DBOOKHAUS.COM Site, you agree to be legally bound by an additional and separate electronic contract of sale ("the Conditions of Sale"), which shall be concluded when DBOOKHAUS.COM accepts your order by electronic mail confirming that it has delivered or shipped our product.

In order to be able to purchase and/or download Content, you must first open an DBOOKHAUS.COM account; provide valid credit card information and your billing address to DBOOKHAUS.COM.

DBOOKHAUS.COM reserves the right to modify or discontinue the offering of any Content at any time. If a unit of Content becomes unavailable prior to receipt but after purchase, your sole and exclusive remedy is the refund of the purchase price paid for such Content.

LICENSES AND RESTRICTIONS

DBOOKHAUS.COM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the contents of the DBOOKHAUS.COM Site (the “Content”), which includes the Content, as defined above provided always that the foregoing licence do not include any rights to:

The foregoing are expressly prohibited; the right to do any of the foregoing shall require DBOOKHAUS.COM’s express written consent (which may include a written agreement signed by an authorised representative of DBOOKHAUS.COM). You acknowledge that the DBOOKHAUS.COM Site contains the Content, as defined above, that is protected by copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed. 

DBOOKHAUS.COM owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such Content on the DBOOKHAUS.COM Site. You shall not modify, remove, delete, augment, add to, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part. DBOOKHAUS.COM is not obligated to review the Content and any postings, publications or communication of any information, data, software, photographs, graphs, videos, typefaces, graphics, music, sounds, and other material created by Users through DBOOKHAUS.COM’s online interactive community (if any) (hereinafter called "the User Created Content"). Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information that constitutes part of Content and User Created Content, expressed or made available by third parties, including any other User, are those of the respective authors or distributors and not of DBOOKHAUS.COM and/or persons who provide products or services to DBOOKHAUS.COM customers either directly or through DBOOKHAUS.COM ("DBOOKHAUS.COM Providers"), unless expressly stated otherwise. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The items offered for sale on DBOOKHAUS.COM contain descriptions that are provided directly by the publisher, manufacturer or distributor of such item. DBOOKHAUS.COM does not represent or warrant that the descriptions of such items are accurate or complete.

IF A USER PURCHASES AN ITEM FROM DBOOKHAUS.COM THAT IS NOT AS DESCRIBED ON THE DBOOKHAUS.COM SITE, THE USER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO RETURN SUCH ITEM IN AN UNUSED CONDITION FOR A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY. CUSTOMERS WILL BEAR THE COST OF RETURN COURIER/POSTAL CHARGES OR HAVE THE OPTION TO BRING IT TO OUR PHYSICAL STORE TO CHECK ON REFUND/EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY.

NOTICES

User consents to receive electronic or phone communications from DBOOKHAUS.COM, whether addressed to the phone number or email address associated with such User's DBOOKHAUS.COM account or posted on the DBOOKHAUS.COM Site. User acknowledges and agrees that any communication via phone, email or by postings on this DBOOKHAUS.COM Site satisfies any legal requirement that such communications be made in writing.

RESTRICTIONS ON OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES

All officers and employees of DBOOKHAUS.COM are prohibited from taking part in any contest, polls or games conducted on DBOOKHAUS.COM sites.

LOGIN NAME (USER ID) AND PASSWORD

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login name (User ID) and password to any other person. You are not to disclose your password to any other person. You are responsible for the use of your account, whether or not authorised by you.

You shall immediately notify DBOOKHAUS.COM if it comes to your knowledge that your password has been compromised or there has been unauthorised use of your account. 

DBOOKHAUS.COM shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind suffered by you as a result of unauthorised use of your login name and password.
